Hill Country Catering & Events will recreate the Hill Country Barbecue Market experience in your home, venue or backyard. In addition to offering our world class barbecue, sides and desserts - served with the warm, gracious hospitality of Texas and the South - we have created a signature aesthetic for your event that brings our Texas barbecue market look and feel to your guests, creating an atmosphere that is unique, memorable and transporting. Our dedicated team can arrange for exclusive design elements and services, such as farmhouse and picnic tables, wooden chairs, gingham table cloths, mason jars, picnic china, live country, rock and blues music, and butcher block serving counters, in order to bring the flavor of our Texas roadhouse directly to your guests. Hill Country Catering presents a fun and delicious alternative to stuffy catering halls, stiff event spaces, and fussy white glove service.

The HC Barbecue Trailer

We can bring the award-winning Hill Country Experience to your backyard with our signature HC Barbecue Trailer - an eye-popping, mobile barbecue pit we pull right into your driveway. Nothing beats the quality, theatre and "wow-factor" of barbecue smoked and carved right in front of your eyes by the HC team, just like the Hill Country Barbecue Market experience.

Live Music: Hill Country features nightly live music in our Club celebrating the thriving Austin music scene. We have developed extensive relationships with talented bands, both locally and nationally known, which we can provide for your event. Hill Country can also arrange for a stage and sound system.
Signature HC Soundtrack: Hill Country can play our signature soundtrack, at no extra cost, over a mobile sound system that is integrated into our barbecue trailer. We can also bring a pre-loaded Ipod to play at your home or venue for you and your guests to enjoy.
Party Rentals: Hill Country works with the finest service providers to arrange for all manner of rentals and technical support for your event, including: tables, chairs, china, glass, silver, tents, dance floors, lighting, sound systems, decorations (flowers, balloons, etc), additional cooking equipment, and more.
Additional Entertainment: Hill Country can arrange for clowns, musicians, and square dancing and line dance instructors, among other special requests.
Kids Birthday Parties: Hill Country offers special menus and services for little ones, including costumes, entertainment, games, child care, and other kid-friendly goodies.

Events

Hill Country is a, bi-level, 11,000 sf Texas roadhouse with towering, industrial-height ceilings, two full bars, and capacity for 300-plus seated guests and 450 for standing cocktail receptions. We offer the entire space, the lower Club Level, and several semi-private areas for special events. The lower Club Level has a stage, state-of-the-art sound and video equipment, a large bar, and seats 150, with capacity for 200-250 for standing cocktail receptions. Additionally, Hill Country has several semi-private alcove spaces for smaller groups of up to 25 people. Hill Country, with its long sharing tables and loud, boisterous, and fun atmosphere, is a relaxed alternative to stuffy corporate event spaces and fussy formal dining rooms. For large group events Hill Country presents its menu in a variety of service styles: for seated banquets buffet or family-style, and for cocktail receptions stationary and/or passed hors d’œuvres. Country, Rock and Blues bands can be booked for any private event.
